Invergordon fireighters assist police gain access to Alness property after concern for occupier flagged

THE fire service was called out on Tuesday to assist police in Alness gain access to a home after there was concern for the occupier.

Invergordon Fire Station said a unit went to the property and crew members used a ladder to get in through an open first floor window.

The incident was then handed over to police.

No further information was available.

Police were contacted for comment.
