A938 Dulnain Bridge car crash victim was Strathpeffer man Ian Bremner (74), Police Scotland reveal

A MAN who died in a road crash near Dulnain Bridge on Wednesday night has been named by police.

Ian Bremner (74), from Strathpeffer, died after his Citroen Picasso left the road on the A938 east of Balnaan at around 8.20pm.

Mr Bremner was the driver and sole occupant of the car. No other vehicles were involved.

Road Policing Sergeant Chris Murray said: "Our thoughts remain with Mr Bremner's family and friends at this time."
