Dingwall addict fined after being found with Class A drug at home

A heroin addict from Ross-shire was fined £200 after being found with Class A drugs.

Mateusz Podlawski (36) was discovered with £80 worth of diamorphine on him on January 27, 2022 at his home in Tulloch Square, Dingwall.

Inverness Sheriff Court heard he had continuing problems with heroin addiction.

His fine was reduced from £300 to £200 for an early plea of guilty.
