A DINGWALL woman is seeking to turn office space in the town into a hairdressing salon.

Applicant Jayne Ross has applied for planning permission for a change in use from business to retail for premises at 3 Bridgend Business Park.

Plans submitted show the unit currently holds two offices, as well as a kitchen, toilet and entrance hall.

Under the proposal, Miss Ross would create a hairdressing space and a treatments room in place of the offices, with the rest of the premises unchanged.

The plan also includes new signage on two exterior walls, one illuminated.

The application, to be considered under Highland Council planning officials’ delegated powers, has a determination deadline of May 3 this year.
