Ian Simpson, compere, opened proceedings at Dingwall and District Accordion and Fiddle Club's February musical evening in the Legion Club by welcoming a good crowd of members and friends.

Guest artistes were the Martainn Skene Trio. Accompanying Martainn were Colin Garvin on piano and Neil MacGregor on drums. Martainn is from Spean Bridge and many of his tunes had a Lochaber connection. His pipe marches, Gaelic waltzes and Highland schottische were played in true highland style on his Ranco accordion.
