RNLI Kessock have launched a recruitment appeal to help with the busy summer

THE lifeboat station has launched a fresh appeal for new volunteers to help their events crew of fundraisers.

The current team consists of station and fundraising branch volunteers who help raise funds to keep the lifeboat afloat.

Summer is a busy season for crews who face more rescues and events, so they need all the help they can get.

The RNLI is a charity that relies on donations to keep its vital services up and running.

They are looking for people who enjoy being part of a close-knit team and want to help save lives at sea.

There will be introduction's and a welcome event at the station on June 21 at 7pm.
