BREAKING: Pylon blaze near Conon Bridge

Emergency services are dealing with a pylon fire near Dingwall after the alarm was raised at 2.10pm.

The A835 Inverness to Ullapool road was closed to traffic as a fire crew from the town were called to the blaze near Conon Bridge.

A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokeswoman said firefighters were working with officials from Scottish and Southern Electricity.

She added they were still at the scene.
