BREAKING: Police on the scene of car crash on the A9 at Longman Roundabout in Inverness

Emergency services are currently on a scene of a car collision which occurred at around 8.30am on the northbound section of the A9 on the Longman Roundabout in Inverness.

One vehicle was involved but no one was reported as injured according to a police spokesperson, however a traffic light was damaged in the crash, with debris on the carriageway.

Police Scotland have confirmed that recovery is being arranged.

Drivers are advised to proceed carefully as the roundabout – which remains open – will be partially blocked until the vehicle has been recovered.
