Body found in search for man (60) posted missing in the Highlands

A BODY has been found in the search for a hillwalker reported missing in the Highlands earlier this week.

Stuart Baillie (60) from Bo’ness,was reported missing after failing to return from a walk in Glen Nevis on Monday.

Police reported this morning that they have recovered the body of a man.

A spokesman said: "Formal identification has yet to take place but Mr Baillie's family has been informed.

"There are not thought to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding the death and a report will be sent to the procurator fiscal."
