Body found in Highlands during searches for missing woman

The body of a woman was found in Inverness during the evening of Wednesday, October 12, 2022.
Formal identification is still to take place but the family of Eleanor Mallet, 65, who had been reported missing from Inverness, has been informed.
There are no apparent suspicious circumstances and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
