Memories of a training visit to Easter Ross by RAF display team the Red Arrows are sure to linger long following this week's displays.

Many found a suitable vantage point from which to watch the action with Tain proving popular in Easter Ross.

Amongst those checking out the action was photographer Ewen Pryde for whom it brought back happy childhood memories.

He was able to share those with his own young family as the team paid its visit.

"What a show of incredible skill by the pilots."
