FANS of a bakery's tasty wares will soon be able to enjoy a sugary hit in an Easter Ross town once again.

Harry Gow Bakery has announced that its Invergordon outlet will be reopening from Tuesday.

Its hours will initially be 9am to 1pm from Tuesdays to Fridays only.

Confirming the news a short time ago, the firm Tweeted: "It’s Monday morning, the sun is shining – and have we got some more good news for you!

"Our Grant Street [Inverness] and Invergordon stores will be reopening in less than 24 hours!

"From tomorrow onwards, both stores will be open Tuesday-Friday 9am until 1pm, with the teams serving up several of your favourite products.

"We can’t wait to welcome you back!"

The popular bakery chain had closed the doors on its various shops when the coronavirus lockdown was first introduced, but is allowed to have them open under existing retail guidelines.
