UPDATE: A9 reopened at Brora after crash

A collision between vehicles has caused the closure of the A9 at Brora.

Traffic Scotland reported the closure in both directions at around 1.20 pm today.

Emergency services have been called to the location, between Doll and Brora.

The carriageway is closed from Dudgeon Park Road to the Doll turn-off.

A Traffic Scotland spokeswoman said: "Unfortunately (we have) no details on the road reopening. Emergency services remain at scene and it is hoped the road will be reopened as soon as possible."
