REID - (Lamington/Dalkeith). Peacefully, in Archview Lodge Care Home, Dalkeith, on Tuesday, 24th August, 2021, Douglas J. A. Reid formerly of 'Crannach', Lamington, Kildary, beloved husband of the late Grace, dearest father of Katherine and Marjory and father-in-law of Richard Houseman and a much loved grandad of John and James Houseman of Ingethorpe Moor Farm, Markington, North Yorks. A memorial service will be held at St. John's and Kings Park Church of Scotland, Dalkeith on Wednesday, 1st September, at 11.30am followed by a funeral service in Logie Easter Parish Church on Thursday, 2nd September, at 1.00 pm; thereafter to Kilmuir Easter Cemetery. All friends and family respectfully invited.
