MUNRO - (Invergordon). Alan Munro passed away, peacefully, at Invergordon County Community Hospital, on Monday, 31st May, 2021, aged 64 years. Loving husband of Mandi, dear dad of Greig, Graham, Fraser and Emily, much loved son, brother and uncle. Alan was a well-known member of the football community within the north of Scotland with a coaching career spanning over 30 years with Ross-Shire Rangers Boys Club, Ross County, Invergordon and Brora Rangers. Funeral service to be held at Invergordon Church of Scotland, commencing at 11am; thereafter to Inverness Crematorium, on Thursday, 10th June, 2021. Family flowers only please, but a donation, if desired, can be made to the Erskine Veterans charity at mairiurquhartandson.com/alan-munro. For those wishing to pay their respects in Saltburn, Alan will leave his home at approximately 9.45am and will travel on the shore road, passing through Invergordon high street onwards to the church.
