HACKETT - Peacefully, on Monday, 16th October, 2023, at Raigmore Hospital, with Sandy and Phil by his side, William (Bill), aged 88 years. Beloved husband of the late Jean, a dear dad of Sandy, Alison, Iain and Gavin, a dear grandad, great-grandad and also a good friend to many.
