FORSYTH - (Golspie). Peacefully, in the loving care of all at the Meadows Nursing Home, Dornoch and with her dear family by her side, on Thursday, 12th October, 2023, Vivienne "Viv" Edith Dovey, aged 84 years (retired nurse), formerly of Rhives Lodge, Golspie. Beloved wife of the late Rev. James Forsyth, much loved mother of Josie, Leona and Janferie, a much loved grandma and great-grandma to all her grandchildren, a dear sister and friend to many. Following a private cremation, a Service of Thanksgiving for the interment of ashes will be held in St Andrews Church of Scotland, Golspie on Tuesday, 24th October at 1pm; thereafter to Golspie Cemetery. No flowers please, but donations, if so desired, may be given at the service for Christian Aid or send to Alasdair Rhind, Funeral Directors, Sutherland House, Bank Street, Tain or donate by bacs to rbs.
