DOUGLAS - (Marybank). John passed away suddenly, but peacefully, at his home 'Devlyn', 2 The Brae, Marybank, on Wednesday, 12th May, 2021, aged 78 years (ex AA Highland Patrol man for 30 years). Dearest and beloved husband of Betty for 57 years, dear brother-in-law of Johnny, great friend of Gary and Diane. John will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Due to ongoing restrictions, a private funeral service will be held at Contin Parish Church today (Friday), 21st May, 2021, commencing at 11am; thereafter to Fodderty Cemetery for 12 noon interment. For any of John's friends wishing to attend the interment, please be mindful of the current social distancing guidelines. Flowers welcome.
