BLACK - (Muir of Ord). John Balfour McKay Black (Johnnie) passed away suddenly, but peacefully, at Raigmore Hospital, Inverness, on Monday, 21st August, 2023, aged 89 years. Beloved husband of Gwen, much loved and treasured daddy of Anne and Angela, The Legendary "Ancient McKay" and Oompah of Joe, Ben, Jack, Rona and Ruairi. Private graveside service will be held today (Friday), 1st September, 2023. Family and friends are warmly invited to join with Anne and Angela at Johnnie's home, Coire Beag, Corry Road for a dram and a bite to eat at approximately 11.45am.
