BALFOUR - (Hilton of Cadboll, Fearn). Peacefully, in the Golden Jubilee Hospital, Glasgow, on Wednesday, 31st March, 2021, surrounded by his loving family, Ross (Rossie) Balfour BEM, passed away. Beloved son of the late Walter and Wilma, loving husband to Norma, much-loved father to Ross and Philip and father-in-law to Fiona and Mandy. Proud and loving granda to Archie, Abbie and Josh, brother to Walter, William and Donald, loved by all his extended family and friends. A graveside service was held in Balintore Old Cemetery on Friday, 9th April.
