MCLEMAN Joan, David and Joanna, wish to express their sincere gratitude to the amazing nursing care George received at home for the last days of his life. The Community Nurses, Palliative Care Nurses, Emergency Night Practitioner Nurse and the Paramedics were all wonderful. We also thank all friends and family for their prayers, lovely comforting cards and beautiful flowers.
