MACIVER - (Avoch). The family of the late Rachel MacIver (Betty), wish to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kind expressions of sympathy extended to them in their recent sad bereavement; personally, by cards, and also many beautiful floral tributes. Thanks to the compassion and care Betty received from the local community nurses, Eilean Dubh carers, and latterly the Marie Curie Nurses for their sensitivity and support. Thanks to the NHS out of hours team. Special thanks to Rev. Dr. Warren Beattie, for his support and beautiful uplifting service and to our piper Tom Henderson. Heartfelt thanks to Sarah Maclean and all at John Fraser & Son of Lovat House, Dingwall, for their personal care and exemplary service with funeral arrangements. Thanks to all who attended the service and kindly donated so generously, the amount of £1,216 to the charities, Marie Curie and Black Isle Cares.
