£80m fish feed plant recommended for approval despite 'gateway' fears

PROPOSALS for an £80 million fish feed plant expected to spark a jobs boost for Lochalsh will come before councillors next week with a recommendation for approval - despite concerns it could spoil a 'gateway' impression of one of the jewels in the crown of the lifeline tourism trade.
