Former Wolves winger Daniel Armstrong has become the latest signing at Ross County.

The exciting prospect has agreed an 18-month deal with the Staggies after impressing in a short-term spell at Raith Rovers.

Armstrong signed for Raith after leaving Wolves last summer, having also spent time out on loan at Dunfermline last season.

Five goals in nine games in League One caught the eye of County, who moved quickly to snap him up when his contract at Stark's Park expired.

Before moving down to England, Armstrong spent nine years in Hamilton Academical's youth sytem.

Now, he will be hoping to make his debut in Staggies blue against Alloa Athletic this Saturday.
