The Inverness Harrier became British champion for the second time by throwing a personal best of 57 metres and 95 centimetres.

She was trailing her team mate Jade Lally until the final round when she produced her best ever throw in Manchester last night.

Law broke her previous personal best by 16 centimetres which she set eight years ago.
