Title dream moves closer for Lindsay

Jamie Lindsay says he is dreaming of winning silverware with Ross County.

The Staggies lead the race for the Scottish Championship title, and play in the Irn-Bru Cup final against Connah’s Quay Nomads later this month.

Lindsay, who has never won a professional medal, is excited at the prospect of a trophy-laden season, but says it is too soon to think the title is County’s.

“You go to bed at night and think it, but you would never say it,” Lindsay said.

“Obviously you want to win it, it’s what we set out to do at the start of the season.

“With where we are just now, you want to make it happen, but it’s too early to think it."
