FIN Graham won his second silver medal at the Paralympic Games when he finished runner-up in the Men's C1-3 Road Race.
The 21-year-old took second place in a time of two hours five minutes and 43 seconds in Tokyo this morning.
He was one minute 20 seconds behind race winner Ben Watson of Great Britain and five minutes 23 seconds ahead of Alexandre Léauté of France who won bronze.
Graham was born with bilateral club feet, which leaves him with no calf muscle and little to no movement in his ankles.
