Ross County's Premier Sports Cup group fixtures have been released, with one of their matches to be shown on TV.

The Staggies had been drawn in a group against Dundee, Montrose, Brora Rangers and Forfar Athletic – and it is away at Forfar their campaign will start.

County's first competitive game of the season will take place at Station Park on Saturday, July 10.

With an odd number of teams in each group, each side will sit out one gameweek, and for the Dingwall outfit that comes in matchday two in the middle of the following week.

Instead, Malky Mackay's men will return to action for an all-Premiership clash at home against newly-promoted Dundee on Sunday, July 18, which has been selected for television coverage.

Then County face a sprint to the finish, with a rare trip north to Highland League champions Brora Rangers on Wednesday, July 21.

One last group match back at the Global Energy Stadium will finish the group off as Montrose come to Dingwall on Saturday, July 24.
