The left back moved to Dingwall in 2022, following a season at Oxford City after being released from the West Bromwich Albion academy.

In that time, the 24-year-old made 105 appearances, scoring five times.

Of those five, though, multiple will be extremely memorable to County fans – as he scored the equaliser in the Staggies’ dramatic play-off escape against Partick Thistle two years ago, as well as in the club’s historic first ever win over Rangers last year.

A Ross County statement said: “Everyone at the club puts on record our thanks to George and wish him the very best of luck for the next stage in his career.”
