Saints march to stunning victory over Invergordon in Ross-shire derby

St Duthus are back in the North Caledonian League title race by knocking Invergordon off top spot with a 4-1 victory at Tain.

Saints raced into a 3-0 lead at half time with goals from Stefan McRitchie, Mikey Rae and Ben Bruce.

Ian Penwright reduced the deficit in the second half for Invergordon but Scott Miller made all three points safe for St Duthus by restoring their three goal lead.

St Duthus are third with Invergordon dropping to second. Thurso went three points clear at the top after thrash Bunillidh 7-2 in Helmsdale.
