Sporting director Scott Boyd made redundant as Ross County carry out review to secure club's future

Ross County sporting director Scott Boyd has left the club after being made redundant as a result of the impact of the coronavirus pandemic.

The 33-year-old announced his departure on social media less than 12 months after being appointed into the role.

Ross County confirmed Boyd's departure saying his redundancy is part of its review of all functions and operations to ensure the long-term future of the club.
