Ross County manager Stuart Kettlewell says he will not accept being treated like a second class citizen after being sent off after the 1-0 defeat at Livingston.
The Staggies boss was furious with the way he was treated by referee John Beaton after he questioned him about Jon Guthrie's goal.
He claimed the Livingston defender fouled Ross Stewart in the box before heading the ball into the net.
Kettlewell accused Beaton's response as arrogant, which led to him admitting he lost his cool, resulting in the referee sending him off.
However Kettlewell believes he had a valid point and was not happy his argument was not recognised at the final whistle.
"You speak about how you address somebody and speak to somebody and I got myself involved at the end there with the referee," he said.
"I am not having anyone speak to me with that type of arrogance, i'm just not having it.
"He sends me off and he gets the opportunity to do so because I lose my cool.
"Ultimately I approach people in the right manner and when somebody treats you like you're a second class citizen, i'm not accepting that.
"The tensions are high and the passions are high. I want my team to win and get something out of the game but when you go and ask the referee and he says away you go, you're clutching at straws, that becomes an annoyance with me.
"Not every official speaks to you like that, so that's the wee bit where we need to all get on the same page with this.
"To not speak to you in that fashion and understand the passion and desire in your team to do well.
"I'm no angel myself, I certainly haven't been as a player or coach.
"But what I won't do is let someone come at me like that. I have got a valid point and if you look at the video you will see I have a valid point."
