Clubs have passed a resolution to remove replays from Rounds One, Two and Three for this season's competition.

There are already no replays from Round Four onwards. Extra-time and penalties will be used to decide matches in those rounds, if required.

The 2022/23 Scottish Cup competition kicks off on Saturday, August 27 with the Preliminary Round, where drawn matches will still be decided by a replay, which would proceed straight to penalties if no winner is decided after 90 minutes.

Invergordon will face Newtongrange Star with Golspie Sutherland travelling to Glasgow University in the preliminary round on Saturday, August 27.
