Ross Sutherland will be taking on some new faces, but have a familiar format for the 2020/21 campaign after Scottish Rugby released the fixture list for next season.

The usual pyramid structure has been abandoned for one year as the governing body looks to minimise the distances teams have to travel to get some competitive rugby under their belts in the coming months.

Clubs are currently working towards a start date of Saturday, October 31 for the campaign, although breaks have been included in the schedule in case there are further delays through government guidance that need to be accounted for.

It is anticipated that clubs will be allowed to play pre-season friendlies from Monday, October 19 to prepare for the season, with SRU giving out guidance this week to clubs on how to safely deliver matches.

Ross Sutherland have been placed into Caledonia North Competition Two, which features eight teams playing each other twice, home and away.

There are some new sides for the Stags to come up against however, with the rest of the division made up of Aberdeen Grammar 2nds, Banff, Huntly, Kinloss Eagles, Moray, Lossiemouth and Stornoway.

Invergordon will host their first game of the season, on Halloween according to the current schedule, against their closest rivals Moray.

A week later comes their first away trip of the campaign, with Huntly the destination.

As it stands, Ross Sutherland's season will come to a close back at the Naval Grounds against Lossiemouth on Saturday, March 13.
