Ross County youngsters George Robesten and Andrew MacLeod sign new contracts to stay in Dingwall after pair had breakthrough seasons with Staggies in 2024/25
Ross County have confirmed that academy graduates Andrew MacLeod and George Robesten have both signed new one-year contracts to stay with the club.
The duo are the only two out of nine out of contract players to have agreed extensions, following the exits of Connall Ewan, Scott Allardice, James Brown, Ryan Leak, Alex Samuel, Logan Ross and Charlie Telfer.
Both youngsters made their senior debuts for County last season.
MacLeod featured in every one of the Staggies’ League Cup group stage games, with the 20-year-old going on to make six appearances across all competitions before seeing an injury end his campaign early.
Robesten, meanwhile, made 13 appearances across all competitions, including a start away at Rangers back in February for the 19-year-old.
County manager Don Cowie commented: “We are delighted George and Andrew have extended their stay at the club.
“They have both shown great progression in their development since coming in on a full-time basis.
“We look forward to watching them both continue to grow in the coming season.”
