Ross County win under-15 virtual hill running challenge

Ross County Athletics Club celebrated double success when they took the under-15 team titles at the 4J Studios Virtual Hill Running Challenge.

Runners were asked to complete a solo run, racking up as many vertical metres as possible in 30 minutes.

The club took both titles at under-15 boys and girls team events.

In the individual championships, Sam Coull won under-15 bronze managing to climb 225 metres with Ruaridh Ellen fourth climbing 192 metres.

In the girls under-15 girls category, Morag Lynch won bronze climbing 160 metres with Ruby Wittka-Jezewski sixth and Emily Bell seventh.
