Reid moves into coaching role at Ross Sutherland

Ross Sutherland stalwart John Reid will be moving into a coaching role off the pitch for the coming season.

Reid, a one-club veteran, helped the Stags on their way to National Bowl success at Murrayfield in 2018.

But last season was a tough one for the blindside flanker, as he struggled with injuries that limited him to just two appearances on the pitch.

So he has made the decision to help out head coach John Mann next year.

Mann was delighted to have Reid involved ahead of the 2019/20 season, saying: “He’s helped out at a few events, he’s a good club man. He’s been in the area for a long time.
