Ross County suffered a narrow defeat to Highland by two wickets in a friendly encounter at Castle Leod.

Ross County batted first and recorded a score of 136 for the loss of seven wickets in 30 overs.

Highland managed to win the tie with 10 balls to spare after scoring 140 for the loss of eight wickets after 28.2 overs.

The match between Northern Counties and Nairn County at Northern Meeting Park was called off after 10 overs due to rain.
