Munro set for Ross Sutherland return as Mann calls in reinforcements for relegation battle

Scotty Munro is set to return to the Ross Sutherland squad to face Aberdeen Grammar 2nd XV tomorrow as the club attempt to avoid relegation from Caledonia North Two.

He is one of a number of experienced payers that have come back to the Stags’ survival bid as they are 11 points adrift at the bottom of the table.

Ali Kennedy, Dave Kennedy and Murray Kennedy along with John Gordon have come back to the team.

And head coach John Mann will be looking to use that experience to give them a vital win and stay in the division next season.

“We have just finished the first half of the season,” he said.

“There are still seven games to play.

“Everything is about focusing on the next game now, you can’t look at potentials of what could happen.

“There are 35 points available that we can still get.”
