Kirsty Law will defend her British discus title at the British Championships which take place in Manchester next month.

It has been confirmed she will be one of nine discus throwers who will compete for the title on Friday, September 4.

The 12-time Scottish champion won her first British title last year when she threw 54.23 metres at Birmingham.
