Kettlewell not resting on laurels after Ross County take four points from two games

Ross County co-manager Stuart Kettlewell insists there is still more work to be done before the end of the season.

Four points from their last two matches at home against St Johnstone and away to Aberdeen will have been a nice confidence boost going into a free weekend for the Staggies.

But with teams below them still having games in hand, Kettlewell knows they can take nothing for granted in the battle to stay up.

Even without a game to prepare for on Saturday, County have spent this week training hard to ensure that standards do not slip when they return to action next Wednesday.

“We don’t put the tools away here, we have to go and look at our next game,” Kettlewell explained.

“We want a similar performance and similar outcome to the last game, as difficult as that may be.

“The work begins for that now.

"I’ve heard terminology in the past that this is a dead week. We see this as a working week."
