Will and Andrew are back to talk about the latest developments from the world of sport over the last week.

They discuss Ross County's exceptional performance against Aberdeen – and whether they can repeat it against Rangers – as well as Inverness Caledonian Thistle's match against Raith Rovers and a quick update on the North Caledonian League.

Away from football, there was some exciting news for two Highland runners as they were added to Scottish Athletics' Marathon Project with an eye on next year's Commonwealth Games, and a rugby starlet has been invited to train with the Scotland Six Nations squad.

Remember, there was also a bonus episode released yesterday with special guest Stuart Kettlewell, which you can listen to here.
