There's good and bad on this episode of Balls & Whistles, as Ross County secured a massive win against Kilmarnock to open up a gap to the bottom of the table, but Inverness Caledonian Thistle find themselves in their own relegation battle – and that's according to ICT's own players.

Will and Andrew examine how they got into those positions over recent matches, as well as previewing the weekend's games with the end of the campaign in sight.

There are a few other stories that get a mention too, with an update on both the Highland and North Caledonian Leagues as well as the shinty season, while some of the discussions from previous weeks resurface with news on Greg Lobban, Jamie Dobie and the Amateur Championships at Nairn Dunbar and Nairn Golf Club.
