A packed week of sports news means a packed show of Balls & Whistles, so Will and Andrew called in the reinforcements this week as they were joined by Highland News and Media content editor Chris Saunderson.

The team discuss the latest delay to lower league football, the Highland League and beyond, and what options are now on the table for the clubs affected.

Anthony McDonald's return to Inverness Caledonian Thistle is also on the agenda, as is Ross County's defeat to Dundee United heading into another home match against Hibernian tomorrow.

Finally there is an update on the Inverness Half Marathon and news of a temporary rebrand for one rugby club.
