It has been another busy week for sport in the Highlands, not least because of the announcement that the Scottish Cup will be back later this month! With seven Highland League teams left in the draw, Will and Andrew look at how likely it is those sides will actually return to action for the competition, and what the fate of the league itself is likely to be.
After a dubious penalty decision cost Ross County a result away at St Mirren last time out, there is also discussion over whether VAR would be a good thing for Scottish football, whether Caley Thistle are in a relegation battle, and why ICT Women are unlikely to return any time soon.
Two of the Highlands' brightest products in rugby have also been in the news, while finally golfer Russell Knox had some kind words to say about his former home course.
