Invergordon have moved six points clear at the top of North Caledonian League Division One after defeating Orkney at Recreation Park.

Both goals came in the second half, Scott Houston giving them the lead in the 56th minute before a Niall Sinclair own goal doubled their advantage.

Golspie Sutherland suffered a shock 3–1 defeat at home to Thurso to give Invergordon a commanding lead in the title race.
