Tweet treat for fans as Ross County FC launches official Twitter feed
A LITTLE birdy tells us that the Staggies have launched their own Twitter account!
Ross County FC today announced the launch of its official account via the hugely popular social networking site.
Official news coming from the Dingwall-based football club will now also be released via the Twitter handle @RCFCStaggies
It'll aim to keep County fans around the world up to date with the very latest from the Global Energy Stadium.
While a number of unofficial sources of information are put out by fans and followers of the club eager to share the latest news and views, today's launch marks the first time the Staggies have made it official with their own account.
General Manager Ranald Gilbert said: “I know this is something that a lot of fans have been looking for the club to take on for some time, so I’m delighted to be able to confirm they will know be able to access official Club information via their Twitter accounts wherever they are in the world.
"We’re all excited as we feel this is a big step in bringing everyone with a passion for Ross County together.”
