The 26-year-old defensive midfielder made his professional debut for Exeter, and made his proper first-team breakthrough in 2015 before helping them to the League Two play-off final in 2017.

He has played eight games this season, scoring one goal against West Ham United's under-21s in the Football League Trophy.
