Ross Callachan has committed his future to Ross County after signing a one-year extension to his current contract.

The 28-year-old midfielder was already tied up for next season, but can now look forward to at least another two years in Dingwall after signing on to the summer of 2024.

Callachan moved to the Staggies last summer after an impressive campaign at Hamilton Academical, where he scored nine goals from the middle of the park in a team that went down.

The former Raith Rovers, Hearts and St Johnstone man has since gone on to make 38 appearances in all competition for County, finding the back of the net four times.

He will hope to feature again as the Staggies wrap up the 2021/22 campaign at home on Saturday against Dundee United in the Premiership.
