A 66-YEAR-OLD woman has admitted conducting herself in a threatening manner towards a man in a Wester Ross village at various times over a period of 22 months.

Dorcas Eatch, whose address was given in court as a property in Withington, Cheltenham, plead guilty to an amended charge on February 26.

It states that between April 7, 2021 and February 6, 2023, both dates inclusive, at Shore Street, Ullapool Pier, Riverside Terrace, all Ullapool and elsewhere she conducted herself in a threatening or abusive manner which caused Noel Hawkins c/o the Police Service of Scotland, fear or alarm “in that you did repeatedly publish web material making reference to him and repeatedly send e-mails to a variety of individuals and organisations making reference to him”.

This was contrary to Section 38(1) of the Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010.
